A smarter solution
For a variety of reasons, we see highly educated, skilled and intelligent people (mostly women) leaving the workforce mid-career to take care of other obligations. Many times, these people are open to working but can't find positions that fit their needs. On the other hand, there are many start-ups, non-profits and small businesses that need experienced executives but do not have the budget to fund them. FFS strives to connect these groups and fill the gaps by offering fractional solutions that fit into budget.

Rebecca Gazda is a caring, compassionate leader with over 20 years of experience in data science, analytics and strategic operations in healthcare, cybersecurity and non-profit sectors. She has a passion for helping people connect, grow and feel valued. Her consulting focus is on start-ups, non-profits and small businesses where she helps to streamline and modernize processes through data efficiency and analytical understanding.
